Regarding the curing of soapstone products
Soapstone pieces are shipped new in their natural state (ash) and need to go through a curing process before first use. After curing, your piece will be permanently black. (The pieces come with a curing manual with step-by-step instructions on how to do it.)

If you prefer to receive your piece already cured, add the following product to your cart: Curing of one piece (For sets, add the number of pieces the set has; stoves and saucepans do not need to go through the process).

Warranty: 3 months against manufacturing defects.
